When we embarked on this adventure, no one was yet talking about customer experience. The famous “customer reviews” to which everyone now refers were still in their early stages.
In 2010, we created the first mobile application to provide geolocated reviews directly from points of sale.
With millions of reviews collected, we've enabled companies to boost their customer service, their e-reputation... and their sales intelligence!

In 2021, the arrival of our semantic analysis software has enabled us to take a giant step forward in refining the perception of each review.
Thanks to this new development - natively integrated into Liz, our Saas solution - our customers are now able to analyze all the reviews that concern them, regardless of their source or syntax.
